the 2017 theme

We’ve all had them. We’ve all faced them. Let’s talk about problems.

No matter if you do UI, UX, manuals, OLHs, knowledge bases, training slides, graphics, video, or any other type of product-related content, you always encounter problems. And this is a lightcore scenario.

Hardcore scenario is when it’s the users who encounter problems. An example of a hardcore scenario is when you have just finished assembling a brand new 2x2.5 meters wardrobe and you realize that the last step in the instructions tells you to finish the process by adding 4 safety elements between the wardrobe and the floor.
(Yes, this is a real-life scenario 🙂 )

Let’s meet at soap! 2017 and share our problems, issues, challenges with product-related content and discuss solutions.

This year the conference theme is problem solving .

So, if you work with content and know how to inspire crowds, you definitely want to get a soapy speaking slot!

partner with soap!

Build your brand on the Central Eastern Europe market where content solutions are just emerging and people are still deciding on the tools and services that they want to use in their day-to-day work.

We are looking for partnerships that are mutually beneficial and for partners who want to help us make soap! an experience that is remembered long and well.

Located at the bank of the Vistula River right opposite Wawel Royal Castle, Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology is a truly exceptional place. It combines the functions of a traditional museum (with its exhibitions and collections) with those of an active cultural center. It’s a fusion of modern technology and traditions of the Far East.
